As a Certified Menopause Specialist and Nutrition Coach, I support women 40+ through the same season of change I’ve navigated myself, offering evidence-based guidance, encouragement, and steady companionship along the way. I’ve been learning, adapting, and growing through midlife right alongside the women I now coach.
